Not good. It was crazy inside. Management was going crazy running food etc. Never had one person at the register the manager... was doing that as well. And it was not lunch time. The line waiting for food was 6 deep. So after 20 minutes inside waiting Itake my food home less than a mile away and spending over $20 my burger was cold as ice. I dont think I will go back. They havebecome as bad as the Burger King across the street. Thank God we have a Zaxbys. Read more

Much nicer staff than southgate. I'm disappointed with the dining area cleanliness though (SG isn't better). I can't remember a... bad experience with the food though. When I go to McDonald's I have a general expectation and this one meets that. Do they goabove and beyond? No. But food is always right (97% of times) and I'm ok with that. And wait times are usually acceptable too.No one gloves. But I can't say I expect places to. I made it 4 starts out of 5 because I don't expect them to be top notch. This is one of the quickest drive-through McDonald's in the community. The food is always hot and fresh. The location at the... corner of two major roads does make access difficult when it is rush hour. The staff is friendly. I highly recommend. Read more
The advertisement got me and I got their bundle. The guy that took my order was awesome. Without judgement or offense...the... flamboyant one?? But the manager running it was not. She was frustrated that I ordered the bundle. "Another one?!" Then she saidthat she gave me sauces and didn't, then got frustrated when I went back in and asked for them. Other than that, place waspretty clean. The rundown was good, everyone staying in their places and doing what they are supposed to. Another manager cameout and I heard a bunch about them dealing with someone's under age hours/breaks...that wasn't good. You will eventually get introuble for doing that by the way. Place is not clean. No customer were inside and the tables and floors were dirty. If what you see in the restaurant/lobby is not... cleaned and taken care of, imagine what you can?t see behind the counter looks like. ???? Read more
If you order more than one item, you will likely be asked to pull up to the third window and wait. We ordered 2 burgers and 1... fry and were asked to pull up and wait - this is the norm at this location. They are always out of pies and rarely does the icecream machine work. Read more
