The worst!!!!!!! The entitled millennial at the drive thru window rolled her eyes at me when I told her I had food missing and... told me to drive around to get back in line! Then she slammed her hand on the counter when I asked for bbq sauce! ThisMcDonald?s is the worst! Rude attitudes and never gives out the correct orders! I?m so done! And the managers forget about it ,offer a free meal to compensate, which will also probably be wrong too! What happened to double checking the orders? If youdon?t like the job then quit . Just got my order in the drive-thru & paid for a Big Mac meal but instead got 10 chicken & a coke! Hope the car you gave my... order to enjoyed it!! I on the other paid a lot for the little bit I got. That will teach me to hurry through & not doublecheck. What happened to McDonalds double checking like they did back in the days. Read more
Not happy here either...Ordered online for a smooth transition...Found container items only half full. And Half of my chicken... order not spicy...The Bang for the buck is Definitely not Popeyes I spent 60.00...And when I attempted to call and complain, Ifound for 3 days the store does not answer ots phone.. Ordered food a month ago and order was totally wrong. Called and spoke with Nathan (manager or acting manager) at the time. Told... him what I ordered and he supposedly pulled it up. Have been unable to get back there due to life and my work schedule. Wentback to replace the order and he now tells me he can't replace it because it's not within a few days which I was never told. Itwas 30+ dollars wasted and in the trash. So they robbed me and took the money. Stay far away from this place. They areincompetent to make an order right and then when you have time to replace it they won't. Will never go there again. They lie,and steal. Y'all need to step it up at this location. I understand when someone has a hard day and things get messed up but I have never... actually gotten my order anytime I have gone here always someone else's order and it's usually less than what I spent on my ownorder really sucks because I'm already home now And don't feel like driving back out. You will never know when the store will be opened or closed as I'm pretty sure they open or close as they please. Order accuracy... is what you'd expect from fast food, but you will almost never get the extras that you'd expect (jelly, butter, etc). Not alunch person, so from my (lack of) experience, that may be the only time of the day you can expect this place to be open and togive you decent service. Read more
For some reason this location is a hit or miss. Usually more misses in the end. I always do a mobile order and have had things... missing or fries that are way to salty you can't even eat them. Sometimes food is fresh and hot others it's warm. Doesn't matterif they are busy or slow. I've never dined in, not sure if that's any better or not. Read more
Mcdonalds is normally not a regular meal of the week, but if we are traveling, then it is an easy meal to get and eat in the... car. We all have our different foods we like. I like the Double quarter pounder, my son likes the chicken nuggets and my wifeand daughter like the chicken sandwich with all the fixings. Wife likes the grilled and the daughter likes the classic. Thislocation was clean and the staff as usual was friendly. I like sweet tea, but Mcdonalds sweet tea always seems to be extrasweet. The only good thing with this, is that once you drink about halfway.. then you can refill it with water and you getregular sweet tea...lol. Read more
