It's good, not great. Orange chicken is that good though. The Angus beef is also that good. Otherwise most entrees aren't much... better than what you can make at home from the freezer. The egg rolls and spring rolls would be better made to order rather thanpre fried, and kept under a heat lamp. The chow mein noodles are good but never steaming hot, the fried rice is pretty good too,just not great. Which is exactly the whole review. Good not great. I came to this location 8/18 at around 7pm, I?m giving 5 stars because the workers were all very attentive to their job &... handled ?the rush? amazingly! I?ve worked in the food industry for 10 years including management so I truly understand thestress of a rush plus the online orders which is something I never had to deal with, they all had good attitudes, & greatteamwork & all very polite. Great team of workers these kids have a great work ethic, the whole place was also clean on top ofthat & of course the food was great always consistant. Read more
Panda Express was okay for a Chinese fast-food chain. In my opinion it is hard to beat a Chinese restaurant that cooks your food... fresh to order. The food was okay but relatively bland. The portions were decent for the price. The self-service beveragemachine was a welcome return to pre-COVID days. The customer service was probably the best thing this place has going. Went to Panda at 9 pm. They close at 9:30. This bowl consists of literally every scrap of food they had left. A total menagerie... of wilted beans, multiple types of chicken, some noodles and a few peppers they scraped out of the bottom of their platters.It?s during BUSINESS hours! There were 4 more people behind me. They got nothing. What a joke. Still charged me full price forthe bowl of who knows what. Was too hungry to go elsewhere. Still hungry. Bad business all around. I understand that they are usually short staffed and I typically have no issue with waiting or doing without menu items. I had... an issue where I asked for my money back for my softdrinks because they couldn't change the syrup before we finished our meal. Unfortunately, nobody knew how to process a refund either since there wasn't a manager on site. Other than this issue, we haveno problems with the staff or food and visit on a regular basis. Not ideal. Paid a good amount for 4-5 pieces of meat. They were busy which is understandable- we are willing to wait. However,... waiting for a while and not getting the quality was not worth it. Had never been and we were hungry. As soon as we walked in the door the aroma made it hard to wait for our food because it... smelled so yummy. There was only 1 in front of us, so it wasn't a long wait. Once we got our food, which was delicious andfresh, the line was out the door.
