They only care about the drive-through. There was six cars in front of me when I pulled up so I decided to go in. Wrong move!... Not only did all six cars leave by the time I got my order, but also two cars that pulled up AFTER I ordered. I was the onlyperson inside also. How are they going to take my order but then wait on people that came after me because they were in thedrive-through? When I left there was no cars in the drive-through. So eight cars came and went before I even got my order. Andtwo of those cars arrived after I made my order and was standing around waiting for it to be made. They waited for all the carsto leave the drive-through before making my drink when I had already been in there for over 10 minutes! Completelyunacceptable!!! Read more
I love this starbucks. Everyone there is so nice and so loving. I have even made friends with some of the employees that work... there because of how often I go. I never leave a bad review anywhere, but this is the first and last time I step foot in this Starbucks. Let me preface this by... saying Ricky the store manager should really reconsider his role as a store manager. Never have I ever had a poor resolution toa conflict from a store manager except this guy. He created an unnecessary situation that completely threatened my family memberand disrespected me. Not to mention he completely forgot half of my order. In which then he thought he could so graciously makefor me to make up for his behavior. I think Ricky needs better training on how to de escalate conflict situations with acustomer. Read more
Barista at the drive-thru need to understand what it means to load an account to obtain your two stars per dollar prior to... paying. In addition, when a manager approaches a customer, they shouldn't act like they don't know what they're talking about. Read more
I absolutely love this location. There are four within my location, but I will go out of my way to stop at this one every day.... The crew here is one of the sweetest, upbeat, happy crews I?ve come across. They always make the coffee perfect and offerdelicious alternatives if something is out. Consistent, and fast. I?m always on the move and they?re super friendly. However when the front door is closed I will just walk... through the drive through and get my meal. It?s paid for, and it isn?t enforceable that I shouldn?t be walking in your parkinglot. Caught an attitude from someone at the window before she gave me my food. That remark that I can?t walk through thedriveway when the entrance isn?t accessible doesn?t sound like anything that holds ground other than the business decliningservice to me. I didn?t cut cars, but an aged rapid pickup makes no sense. Just put rapid pickup or drive through only on thedoor. I can?t do 80 hour work weeks with a 15 minute driveway line. That?s why I pay $5 for coffee I can cold brew at home. Read more
