Women was very rude. Seem like she didn?t really enjoy her job. Everytime I have went in there she seems miserable. There is not... need to get rude with my grandpa just because he is hard of hearing and can?t hear well. I get it we all have bad days but Iwork as well and trust me this is not how I would treat any kind of customer. Read more

Husband ordered two subs from the app, the app said they were delivered, looked all over outside we did not get our order.... Called the store as it said to call store on app if there is any problems, They refused to let me speak to a manager, told meit's not their problem. James always gets it right, I'm not fussy and I think he appreciates that...12 inch cold cut on white, not toasted, little... lettuce, black olive, extra pickles and one swipe of mayo. Always good always fresh. And I have another 6 inch leftover forthe next day. Good job. Read more

Ordered there new monster sub. It was terrible! Did not come with bacon as advertised! For a 12 dollar sub that is called the... monster was all bread with one scoop of meat and ranch and splash of onions! I know why I don't eat at subway anymore. Best experience at a subway EVER... came in at almost closing he was cleaning up for the night but still made us 4 sandwiches... and was happy about it the whole time!! Great service James is a great asset to this place!!! Give this man a raise!!! Read more

Ordered subs online, picked them up and took them home...turns out both were made completely incorrectly. To the extent that... things we didn't order were on it, there was barely anything toppings that we did order on it (very light on the toppings) andit was a sloppy wet sandwich. I called and asked if I could get a refund or a gift card for next time and I was told yes on thephone. I go in to get it and the Spanish (or Asian??) I wasn't paying that much attention but I could barely understand what shewas saying. Anyways she said I couldn't have a gift card or refund but I could get my sandwich remade. Liza was there and tookthe time to read the receipt and remake the sandwiches. But I wasn't pleased with everyone else who worked there. They made mefeel like a criminal for coming in to get my order fixed. It isn't my fault the sandwiches were messed up. I had to take thetime to drive there twice and waste my money AND TIME on a nasty sandwich. Won't be back to this location. Read more

Not cool subway. This location lets you order your sub and get all the way to the counter to pay before telling you they only... accept coupons for certain subs EVEN THOUGH the coupon says any 6? sub for 3.49 excluding melts and premium wraps. There shouldbe a sign posted where your order your sub so it?s not a surprise at the payment counter. Won?t be using this subway again.Lucky I was hungry. Read more
