Been to this place more times then I can count, usually pretty good, but sometimes I'm the morning the are cars in the parking... lot, no one answers or takes your order in the drive through and they are not visible when you go by the window. It's happenedat least 3 times to me. Read more

Slow service, food was below average even for a Taco Bell. Chips were so stale we couldn't eat them. My main gripe was that... every table was dirty. Just gross under the bench seats. Not sure the last time that was cleaned. We had already ordered so itwas too late to just leave. Big disappointment! Read more

Disappointing because this is a Taco Bell that is not open for breakfast... I still haven't tried anything on their breakfast... menu so unfortunately some are open early and some are not! Other than that I didn't think the food was any better than thelocation on State road 54 I felt like they did a better job putting the burritos together.. and the seasoned steak tastes betterover there Read more

This location of KFC/Taco Bell on US 19N in New Port Richey is fair at best and it isn't because the food tastes any different... than other of the same restaurants elsewhere. It is because almost every order is only partially filled. For example if I ordera biscuit and coleslaw to go with my KFC order inevitably they are missing from the meal. The "meal" means these items come withcertain types of orders however they are left out. By the time my friend and I get home both of us are missing something! Welearned and we never leave without checking the entire order before we leave the parking lot. Which leads me to the nextcomplaint. It often is jammed packed with cars. Trying to drive through this tiny parking lot is quite difficult because thelines are at times too long especially for traffic coming right off of US19N. It gets downright dangerous! People are oftenimpatient while waiting and god forbid anyone who pulls up to double check their orders for accuracy to ensure the meals haveALL items included. Blocking the exit to get back on to US19N at dinnertime aka rush hour is often an exercise infoolishness! Only wisdom would inspire me not to return. If I pay for an order I expect to get what I pay for, if even abiscuit and slaw with my meal. If I can't check for accuracy before I leave without a hassle from others, then fight traffic, why risk my life, limb or car, for what, a bite of the Colonel's wings or a bean burrito? I think not! I like bumper cars...at acarnival only! Read more

They usually mess up orders if you change something from the menu, like toppings or sauce removed or replace bun with tortilla... (kids..). Despite that I still go here because the food is usually decent and staff nice. That and I would pick this place inlieu of Chick-fil-A any day. Read more

My boyfriend and I came here for dinner on the taco bell side. And I have to say they have a sorry excuse for burritos now. They... are the size of a taco. I mean when did you become so cheep?? And you need to put the sauces back out where your customers canchoose what sauce they want instead you load them up with extra just so it gets thrown away. But yet then you allow yourcustomers to touch the straws and lids for the drinks. I mean come on you call this a taco!!! Get real.. Read more

If you like lettuce and cheese crunch wraps, this is the place for you.... ate almost half with no meat, almost no tomatoes, so... I opened it up to search. There was one bit of meat under the corn tortilla, not even enough for a full bite. I suggest eatingliterally anywhere else because you will be highly disappointed and still hungry. Read more
