So I went to Taco Bell on state rd 54 by Rowan rd two nights ago and needless to say my order was absolutely messed up!! So I... went back today 11/27/2022 for breakfast and let me tell you wowwwww.. for all the store managers in the area this is how TacoBell is to be ran!! This wonderful lady manager fixed my problem made sure I was happy before I left. And let me tell you theydo it this way even when you have no issues!! What a wonderful team of people. This group of people should be recognized forsuperb customer service. I see Charles every morning getting my double steak burrito with no potatoes!! We went through the drive through and ordered 2 regular tacos ???? and 2 Supreme tacos. When we got home, there were 3 Supreme... tacos and only 1 regular. My son was disappointed as he isn't a fan of sour cream and there was no real way to scrape it off. Read more

If I could give negative 5 stars I would. Portions were ridiculously small, not fresh, missing tomatoes on all 5 items. ... Will never ever go to another taco bell again in my life after this. No exaggeration it was that bad. Read more

The food was good. The crew was AMAZING. On August 17, 3:30pm. They were all so friendly and nice (and patient) I was tired and... zoned out and my mom took 10+ minutes to figure out what she wanted, but they were patient and didn't care at all. They answeredquestions about food and drinks and helped my mom customize her order to make sure she got exactly what she wanted. I wish Igot all of their names. This store used to be amazing. The new management or whoever is running this place now is garbage. In 2019, I used to come... through the drive thru on my E-bike. In 2021 and 2022, they've given me trouble for coming through on a bicycle because of'safety concerns.' Mind you, bicycles are defined as vehicles in the law! The manager called me regarding a complaint Isubmitted online and when I said I didn't want to speak with the store, I wanted corporate, he threatened to hang up on me. So Ihung up on him. I think I'm done coming back here. It's right by my home too, and now I'll have to go to a location 4 milesaway! Nearly 4 years of my patronage is now lost. Read more

I had spent almost $20 on my friend and I to eat. I specifically asked for NO lettuce or tomatoes on both of my burritos. 20... minutes later after getting home to eat I open up my burritos to put mild sauce on them and they had no lettuce on them but theydid have tomatoes and I'm allergic to tomatoes. So now I have to drive back over there to get it remade and waste more gas,time, and money because they don't know how to listen. Also every time I come here I always ask for lots of mild sauce because Iuse 2 packets per taco/burrito and every time I always have to ask for more before leaving because they NEVER put enough in thebag. This is honestly the first time I have ever had a problem with this taco bell. Read more

Very clean lobby! We were also impressed by the food itself; they did not skimp on the ingredients! It's all too often that a... fast food restaurant will show you an image of the item you're ordering but the product never matches; not the casehere! Things to consider: Big lunch line? Try going inside; we were helped in a timely manner =) This is a new location andit?s worth noting that far to often the quality and quantity of the products decrease over time. At a time when the value ofthe dollar (oops I mean) prices are going up, I can be frustrating when the dollar menu becomes ?well not a dollar menu?. TacoBell?s in our experience almost always wrap or roll the soft taco which is not the standard of practice for this product. Oneday later we experienced a complete lack of consideration when the main lobby door was locked with NO sign posted, which leadsanyone to believe the lobby was closed but it was not. Water and safety cones were on the floor and the lobby was open fromother door entrances but NO sign any where to inform customers of the situation. Read more
