Absolutely despicable service. The drive through line didn't move for 10 minutes. When I went inside to see what was going on I... saw three employees standing on the grill line, doing a handshake with each other and not working. I asked the manager on duty,Igna, for an explanation, she said "they're all coming back from their break". This is completely unacceptable. Your serviceshould not come to a STANDSTILL when your employees take a break. Their breaks need to be spread out to accommodate the timing.This is absolutely horrendous management on the part of Wendy's. If you can't fully staff your restaurant, you, as a manager,need to step up and fill in the gaps. I will be taking this to corporate as a management problem. Read more
Waited in the drive thru for just over 30 minutes, glad I wasn't in a hurry. I get up to the window and the young lady barely... spoke at all. The place was filthy to the point I almost refused my food. The Pic I posted shows a build up of some kind offecal matter. I won't be returning to this location. Read more
We?ve lived in this area and gone to this Wendy?s for a year at least once a month as it?s the hubbys favorite. They have yet to... get a single order right. They have consistently not given us at least one item we?ve ordered every single time. Read more
Omg! If you don?t care about waiting 20 minutes for someone to take your order you?re going to be ok here. But this drive thru... really sucks! The staff is really bad, lazy and sometimes rude. Oh, and after waiting patiently 20 minutes for your burger,you?re going to receive a cold freeze burger but don?t worry if you?re lucky your fries are going to be ok. Just if you?relucky. Read more
If you?re in a rush or have somewhere to be, do not go to this drive thru. You will be late from waiting 15-25 minutes to either... place or pick up your order. And you may receive a cold burger/fries. The employees are very nice at the window but it?s justnot worth the wait. Read more
Always Cold fries, cold nuggets! It's lunchtime..why is everything cold..4 cars in front of us at the drive thru. Did they all... get cold fries too? Stop advertising hot, fresh fries if it's a lie! Absolutely terrible service. I have had some issues with this Wendy?s before but tonight is the last night I?m coming here. They... parked 4 separate cars to keep their times looking good as we wait for over 25 minutes after being parked. All I ordered was aspicy chicken sandwich meal. I will make sure anyone I know will not be coming here again. Read more
