We always come here after the game. Great chicken, cooked well and most of all... Tender. Wings aren't bad at all if you're... Jonesing for them and have to have it right then and there. First of all it was not very busy as I ordered 2 meals at the drive thru. Two employees at window talking hanging out. Food... was cold, I ask for extra fries instead of slaw. Received three or four fries, still received cole slaw also ask for extrasauce and offered to pay extra received one. The chicken tenders were also tough and tasted like they were cooked in oldgrease. Really for what you charge your customers they deserve good food and at least decent service something this Zaxbysstruggles with. Not my first time with an experience here like this for almost $30 bucks I myself and other customers deservebetter. And get the employees off the cell phones when assisting customers. Zaxbys is a great place to eat IF food andservice are good. But, absolutely this Zaxbys falls short more often than it should. Read more

Ordered 2 big Zack meals Wasn't given what I ordered.. Food was overcooked, ordered cosalw for one of the orders instead of... fries and the slaw was just thrown in the Box that has holes in it with the chicken and it usually it's in a container on itsown I'm not one to realy complain but I used to go to this zaxbys often and the quality of service has gone down the hill. Myfood was ordered online, I had to wait 25mins it wasn't ready. So I was like great it will be hot and fresh. Wrong. It was warm.My box with the colsaw was turned on it's side so the juice from it was all over. Was not a happy camper, but I didn't sayanything just walked out. Update went back for food replacement and everything was great this time. The food was fresh and hot /delicious. The cashier/... manager Stephanie was very nice and helpful. We watched as the lunch crowd came while waiting for our food and she was on theball helping the line of people all while being nice and professional with everyone she's a keeper don't lose this greatemployee. ????? Terrible the food and service was bad this time. The cashier was eating and talking with mouth full of food.The cheese bites looked like ones they made during lunch rush and they were cold. I love their food but I am so disappointed, this is a picture of a large fry for almost 6 dollars.

This isn't the first, second or 4th time it's like the 8th I've had this happen at this location. The salad is visibly bad look... at the lettuce and cucumbers which i ask them ahead of time if its fresh. The chicken is not cooked food hazard and to top itoff they took toppings off a blue cheese salad while leaving the extra blue cheese in the salad As someone who worked inhospitality for along time i will allow alot but everytime its worse than the last visit its my fault for not speaking upbefore. Anyone with food allergies is at risk or anyone who doesn't enjoy old food. The manager wasn't very helpful and didn'tseem to see an issue with the food you prepare for people which tells me she is probably allowing this to continue and made mefeel like its no an inconvenience to her. It's not okay and very upsetting bc they're over priced to begin with and i tipeverytime. The chicken was moist. But this sandwich is over $9. By itself. No fries no drink. It came with a tomato slice and 2 tiny TINY... slices of bacon and a squirt of sauce. No need to go back. Read more
