Terrible experiences multiple times! Long wait times, Poor service, Missing food. Last time I ordered off the app and pulled up... to the mobile order spot and waited over 30 mins, tried calling and no one answered. I went in and informed them how long I'vewaited they handed me a bag that's been sitting in the back for I don't know how long and got in the car and most of the foodwasn't even in there. I went back inside and complained about not having most of my food, waited 15 mins then received theremainder of my food, I live rate down the street and it was already cold. I don't think I'll be coming back here atleast untilthings drastically change! Read more
Took grandchildren for lunch and had to wait over 35 minutes and received cold food, waited another 10 minutes to get new food.... There were at least 10+ employees standing around talking or on cell phones and 8 to 10 bags if food just sitting on thecounter. Everyone here today received the worst service ever. Read more
Passing through with my parents wanting something to eat since we been driving for couple hours. They took our order at 1:32... never gave told us a number we waited and waited everyone else got their meals and finally at 2:10 we just said screw it had toask for a refund. Not only does my daughter go to daycare across from this location, I also work long hrs and sometimes it's easier to swing thru... McDonald's.. Well, this will be the last time I go to this location PERIOD, EVER. I ordered a simple order, and my daughter'shappy meal. I get being busy, and whatnot.. but messing up my ENTIRE order? The 3rd time I've been to this location. First time was a breeze and courteous customer service! Second time was a considerable... wait without communication. The 3rd time I went inside and was told I needed to use an order kiosk. Payment wouldn't go throughso I had to wait for an employee at the front counter. After I explained the issue and received help it took 4 re-tries to getmy order together on the screen, and then it kept glitching out. Been here multiple times and have been pushed forward to wait every time... Today I waited 15 minutes for a single happy meal.... Somehow 3 other cars waited in front of me and about 15 cars went through the drive thru unstopped. Read more
