Good place. Correct orders. Clean restrooms.
Workers and manager here discriminate customers with special needs. I came here with my child with special needs. The employees... and manager treated my son as he was a suspect who planed to steal drinks from their cooler when he was standing in front of itcould not decide what he wanted. The employee ignored me as I tried to place my order and starred intensively with hostileattitude toward my child. When I questioned the employee, he told me that he is watching my child because he thinks my child isgoing to steal drinks from the cooler as many other kids did. I asked to speak to the manager and the manager gave no apologyand did not even respond to me. Even if Dunkin is operating under franchise model, the company is still responsible for how thefranchises are treating their customers, with or without disabilities. Read more
I placed an order today for my co-worker: a drink that I don?t order myself, mind you; therefore, it was my first time ordering... it. The man taking my order was so rude! I ordered a large iced green tea matcha, and just because I didn?t say the word ?latte?after it I was getting the third degree. He kept loudly repeating himself and relaying to his co-worker ?Why does she gottaorder it like that?? - saying it over and over like I wasn?t standing at the register/wasn?t able to hear him complaining abouthow I ordered the drink.
