Horrible! The first time we went, my mom had asked for a vegetarian sandwich! We got a non-vegetarian sandwich! This was our... first time and for sure was our last! This is not necessary. We had made ourselves clear! The wait time was okay, and the foodtasted good, but my mom didn't even eat a whole sandwich because of this! This is not hard to follow, Jersey Mikes! Horrible service. They lost my order that I had put in the day before! I had to go in person and show them the receipt. Then... they told me to stand to the side while they remade it. I think the shop closes at 8pm. I got in just before 7:45 to get a chipotle cheese steak and when I asked the employee in the... back said the grill was off and fully cleaned so they would only serve cold sandwiches. Just disappointed. The other man behindthe register was polite. Read more
In a shopping center filled with restaurants with lazy workers and delayed orders, Jersey Mike?s in New Providence stands above... the rest. Their workers are present, attentive, hard working and most importantly pleasant. Orders are always correct and ontime and this place gets TONS of orders. Chipotle consistently 45minutes late, and shake shack often late too. Jersey Mikes, ifanything, is early. I gladly spend my money here often!
