Horrible! The first time we went, my mom had asked for a vegetarian sandwich! We got a non-vegetarian sandwich! This was our... first time and for sure was our last! This is not necessary. We had made ourselves clear! The wait time was okay, and the foodtasted good, but my mom didn't even eat a whole sandwich because of this! This is not hard to follow, Jersey Mikes! Horrible service. They lost my order that I had put in the day before! I had to go in person and show them the receipt. Then... they told me to stand to the side while they remade it. They promised me money back (didn?t happen). Also, I got no apology fortheir mistake. Never going there again. Read more
I think the shop closes at 8pm. I got in just before 7:45 to get a chipotle cheese steak and when I asked the employee in the... back said the grill was off and fully cleaned so they would only serve cold sandwiches. Just disappointed. The other man behindthe register was polite. Read more
In a shopping center filled with restaurants with lazy workers and delayed orders, Jersey Mike?s in New Providence stands above... the rest. Their workers are present, attentive, hard working and most importantly pleasant. Orders are always correct and ontime and this place gets TONS of orders. Chipotle consistently 45minutes late, and shake shack often late too. Jersey Mikes, ifanything, is early. I gladly spend my money here often! Just stopped in this location, i eat jersey Mike?s every day mostly, the guy making the sandwiches is also running the register... wearing the same gloves and not changing them one time. Definitely have got to do better smh Read more
My bf placed at online at 8:15 pm on 11/25/2020 with ASAP ready time. He Arrived at 8:40 to pick up the sandwiches only to get... informed that they had run out of bread. While they stated they tried to call him there were no missed calls or messages fromthe store about the shortage. When he arrived the condiment station was already broken down and put away. Unfortunately that didvery little to help us with obtaining dinner and resulted in us spending an additional $18 at another establishment. I wish Icould say this was a one time occurrence unfortunately this store has broken down early on at least two other previousoccasions/visits. In a time when small businesses & franchises are hurting for customers, this is very disheartening. While wedo enjoy their sandwiches, it?s moot if you they cannot be obtaining or are otherwise unavailable. Read more
I love jersey mikes subs. I have been to many. It?s my go to on the run lunch spot. They taste fresh and remind me of the... beach. That said, this particular location was dirty. It was 2:30 and no lunch crowd. The very pleasant staff should take 2minutes to wipe down the tables and maybe sweep. It seriously would have taken 5 minutes because this location is so small. The service here is horrific. The workers are really demanding and have no patience when your ordering. They also took 15... minutes to make my sandwich. Drive the few extra miles to the next Jersey Mikes because this place is dog food. Read more
