Employees seemed nice; from the order taker at the drive-thru to the pickup window. Probably the most professional McDonald's... workers I've ever come across. The two guys didn't do anything spectacular but their mannerisms just seemed different than anyfastfood joint I've been to. Maybe I've encountered too many horror shows at drive-thrus these last few years. Anyhoo, I love mesome McD coffee but need more milk than what is actually poured in the cup. So I usually order Happy Meals (4 pc nuggets) withmilk, mainly for the milk and the toy (yes shame on me). At this location, fries were served in 2 mini containers which Ithought was cute. If you have a little one, I'm sure they'll appreciate they can hold the fries in their tiny hands; lessspillage. Taking a star off because fries were kind of stale and no dipping sauce/ketchup for nuggets & fries. I am not one to complain, actually I go out of my way to praise people or businesses because I know how important surveys are,... and if I am treated well I appreciate it. That being said I would NEVER return to this McDonald's again. The food was terriblebut most important the cashier was the rudest person I have ever met in my life!!!! Read more
Not so friendly staff and service. Fries were not crisp and were bland in taste.
Horrible service passed by through drive through placed my orders didn?t even receive half of what I ordered. Went back to get... what they missed giving me in the first place to find out they give me a burnt burger. Would not recommend this spot better offgoing to a different location. the fact that every other person on here is complaining about them messing up orders isdefinitely a red flag. You order and the food is brought to your table by the number you put it.I didn't have to wait long for the food to be brought... yo my table.I had a large Coke for $1and a quarter pounder.All for under$6.The food was hot and tasted good Read more
They have the self service kiosk, which is not that bad but I order a coffee and they didn?t gave me cream or sugar. I had to go... to the front desk and ask them for it and it seems like they don?t want to deal with clients. Because the lady told to reachover the counter to get it my self. In that case they should put it near the soda machine, for clients to helpthemselves. Another day on Fri 4/22/22 I came and wanted to seat inside and eat, in their website says it closes at 11pm but by8:15pm their doors were locked only the drive thru was open. Read more
Great service nice people but they do sometimes find some thing to mess up in my order. I?m starting to collect toys from the... happy meal and to my surprise they gave me a toy I already got now that might not matter to you but as a serious McDonald?s toycollector, ever since I was like five years old, it kind of seems like there targeting me. whenever you receive your hamburger check if the items you paid for really came because I paid for a snack with bacon and it... just didn't come what I ordered, so always check, this happened to me in this store in New Providence afternoon and night when iwent home to newark-New Jersey i went to another mac donalds store i made another order and once again i got a different snackthan i ordered and paid for, in short, you pay more to have a full lunch and they just give you a cheaper snack and simple, I amvery upset because this happened twice ON THE SAME DAY AND IN DIFFERENT PLACES!!!!
