This location is always backed up and always incredibly slow. The younger baristas are always socializing and losing track of... their drinks. Weekends are especially abysmal. They often turn mobile ordering off because they fall so far behind. Veryinteresting that the owner doesn?t see this as a huge lost opportunity, they clearly have more demand than they can handle andit just results in a bad customer experience. Read more
This location and the one in Summit are easily the 2 worst Starbucks I?ve been to. It?s a real shame because these are the two... closest stores to my house. I would say 2/3 times my drink is made incorrectly. Yesterday they put my drink into a smaller cupthan what I ordered and today they put it in a larger cup than what I ordered. I?m not the type to complain but it?s veryfrustrating having to go through this every morning (on top of overpaying for coffee to begin with). The Dunkin across thestreet has given me no issues and the staff is a lot more understanding and respectful so I?ll be going there from now on. Read more
Terrible attendance. I felt that I suffered prejudice for being a foreigner. I placed my order when there was no other one... before me, I was waiting in the pick up area, then 3 american customers arrived at different time intervals and all of them hadtheir orders promptly serviced while I still waited. Just after no one else that they started to prepare my order. It was thefirst time I went this kind of treatment and only in this store. That sad! It was ugly for the attendants because the americancustomers noticed and one of them commented. I will never go back to this store. Another detail is so dirt that was there. Wish I could give New Prov Starbucks 0 stars. This is the worst Starbucks I?ve ever been to. I go all the time and 90% of the... time I don?t even get my drink because they?re ?so backed up? and when I do get my drink they make it wrong. In giving a five star review, I feel it should be based on exemplary service that is friendly, accurate and consistent. The New... Providence Starbucks Is exemplary. The staff are cheerful and engaging and often will greet you by name. The beverages havebeen consistent and those that have been customized are well made. I have made this one my go-to Starbucks even though othersare closer. On the very rare occasion that an issue occurred, the staff often made things right even before I had noticed. Thestaff is diverse in every way but all work together well. I?m sure people have had negative experiences at this location, butmy review is based on the culmination of several hundred transactions that encompass many many many beverages which is why Iconsider them exemplary. Great service, even though they were short handed. Barista stayed on top of the orders, maintained an ongoing patter and kept a... great attitude! Plenty of school kids with parents, etc. Read more
