Loved the atmosphere, our waitress was great and the chicken bacon ranch wrap was the best I've ever had!!

The bowling was good and the kids enjoyed their time. We ordered pizza. The kids liked it, but I was not a huge fan. The... toppings where under the cheese. That makes it unders, not toppings. I hate that. The pizza was also cut in squares. I don't eatpizza with a fork. So how do you grab a center piece without touching the cheese? You can't. My gripe is not about the bowling,it's clearly about their approach to pizza. Read more

We worked with the catering and events side of things for a very special event, and honestly could not be happier with the... venue or the food. It was perfect from start to finish, professional and beautifully displayed. We were able to get everythingwe asked for and the staff was super helpful. There's not much in New Richmond for food. There's even less that's worth paying for. The food at this place did not meet the... price. It's pretty basic stuff and even that was screwed up. Burger I got was drenched in caramelized onions to the point ofabsurdity and the only reason we really ordered from the place was the mini donuts. Guess what they forgot to deliver ...????Yeah. So,we call back and they act upset they have to get us the donuts *they*forgot. We ordered from this place more than once(again , there's not much in New Richmond, WI). Maybe it was a fluke we thought. They have good ratings we said.Exact same thinghappened.We call back, they begrudgingly bring us the order they forget. Again. I don't know if they have a rouge driver orwhat but screw this place. Best thing in that whole city is Culvers. And I don't even eat fast food anymore but if I had to eatin that city again????, I'd just do that. Read more

Philly...um, yes please! One of the best I've had. And pizza, try the Gibby's special. It did not dissapoint... one of my... absolute favorites. They have amazing and friendly staff, and the drinks are always good too! Read more

I hate to leave a negative review and this place clearly doesn't address those (and that alone should speak for itself) but... service today was absolutely horrible. Short story: got in at 130, ordered drinks and food and after watching everyone elsearound us come in and order, eat and leave, we finally got our food but they missed food for several people in our party. 2hours in and after multiple servers asking if we needed anything and we explained that 3 people never got their food theyfinally deliver to 2 of them but in the end my daughter never got her chicken wrap. The guy behind the bar even said yeah it isback there would you like it to go and it never arrived. They brought out tickets out with the tip line crossed out already...Imean...that is way strange. Needless to say this is beyond bad business. We spent over 2 hours there after ordering and stilldidn't get the food we ordered. To be fair the food that did arrive was really good and we were happy with that but the serviceand attention to just basic details was abysmal. Lack of attention on the guy behind the bars perspective...he was our initialcontact and he literally punted it off into the distance. No thanks will never be back. Please respond! Also, please note myprofile and my previous reviews...I am never one to complain but rather praise. They had to screw up on such an epic scale toleave this review. Honestly, if I could give negative stars I would. Went on a Thursday night at 8pm. The rooftop had 4 tables with customers... with 2 waitress total of about 10 people. It took almost an hour for a chicken wrap and burger. Couldn?t hardly get a refillon pops and our food was thrown in front of us without asking if we needed anything else. I had to go up to the bar and getnapkins and silverware. The waitresses would stand at tables with people they obviously knew and have 20 minute conversationswhile others waited for food, drinks and orders to be placed. When this few months of outdoor weather come, we always have Gibby?s in mind. We loved to eat outside when possible and their... deck is our spot. Not full bar service (no Moscow Mules available) but still a wide variety of summery outdoor drinks. Food isthe same as downstairs- great burgers and such along with pizza. The servers were hustling around - they did a great job too.Something special about curds and a Cow on tap while sitting outdoors. Read more
