I order the same thing everytime, large fry (cooked to order which means made fresh) and the employees are too lazy to put new... fries down. My order is never cooked to order though I ask at every window. And by the time I get my food my fries are cold. I?mlucky if i get a luke warm fry. Mcdonalds will forever be the biggest disappointment. The owner is also an incompetent,money-hungry, lazy man who could care less about the employees, or customers. Aside from them forgetting an order of fries or kids apples occasionally they've never messed up an order. I usually just go... back through the drive through if they've forgotten anything and they fix it quickly. Always have my order in a timely mannerand they're usually always polite. I can't remember a time when I've been disappointed with this McDonald's location. Read more
Went through the drive through this morning to order breakfast. When I got to the window, the order that she read off wasn't... mine, so I corrected her. She kept asking what my order was and she even rolled her eyes at me! Eventually she was able to findit on the screen, but it wouldn't pull up. I just told her I could go inside, but I changed my mind and went to Bizzy Beaninstead. I'm glad I did. My experience at Bizzy Bean was so much better than that at McDonalds. I hate to be ?that guy? complaining about drive through service, but the lady definitely needs to be trained a bit better. If I could give my experience tonight 0 stars I would. I went through the drive thru at 9:30pm on a monday night. Now I do... understand its close to closing time and to not expect much. But I didnt expect it to be this bad! I paid for a quarterpounderfries and a coke. The lady at the window said "it might be a while they make the burger fresh" Well I go park to eat it andthe burger was sitting up and the bun was hard and the burger cold, and the fries were actually cold. Not luke warm they werelitterally cold. I was too tired from a long day to go complain and deal with the night crew so ill write this review instead. People pay their hard earned money to eat here. I was the only one in line. I can wait if you want to take your time to makeit right. I dont understand how or why that is so complicated. You have 1 job and thats to make the order right. Why do theythink its ok to serve the food to the customer like that? If you cant or wont do that why are you working there? Why are youopen if you cant have employees on the night shift that care? I visit this place every day, because it?s close to my job. Every. Single. Time. My order gets messed up somehow. I?ve ordered a... large fry and gotten a size small bag with just burnt old brown fries. I mentioned it to the man with glasses in the drivethrough window #1, in a joking manner, and he was VERY rude and kept repeating that ?accidents happen?. I said that it wasn?tjust a little mistake, and he repeated himself firmly. I went to the second window and got the same thing, fries, and they wereall sopping wet with grease, and half frozen. I don?t have much time at my break throughout the day to come back and correct it,and I understand accidents happen, but not EVERY DAY. And not to this degree. It?s supposed to be fast food, when many timesit?s not even edible because the ground beef is still red and cold, and this isn?t even a fraction of the things that havehappened. Went with the wife and kids, lady at register asked if I wanted to make my order a meal, I said yes, but never got fries, didn?t... even show up on slip. Wife got a Big Mac bundle for the $20 or whatever it is, and only received one Big Mac, when brought totheir attention, which she was polite about, whoever it was that took the slip to check was pretty rude when checking andbringing what we were missing over. Other things have this a 1 star review as well, just don?t have the time to writeeverything. We will not go back, we?ll try Baldwin instead. Read more
