Our regular stop for Tues night dinner. Get custom 1/2 and 1/2 pizza... veggies and ckn for me and lots of meats for hubby.

Went thru the Drive-Thru, as advertised on their website. The Drive up window speakerbox is not working and is posted to Drive... up to window. An Employee opened the window and i proceded to ask for (2) Pepperoni Pizzas. The Employee rudely replied "Wedon't take orders through the window, its for pick-up only". On the website it is written as "Drive-Thru". They will Change wording to "Pick-up Window" to not mislead the customer. Read more

I always enjoy getting pizza here as the ingredients always look so fresh and tasty. The prices are always fair and the staff... are very friendly. I look forward to our next trip to Papa Murphy's. The stuffed crust is really good too! Thanks again. Read more

Ordered online 1 hour ahead. When I got there my pizza was not ready and he asked what I wanted on it. What is the point of... ordering online ??? Then he said they gonna charge me more because I pointed out the mozzarella on it ( the online order said nomozzarella) I rather drive to the competitor in Hudson.Will not be going back. Read more

Tried to order online with an online only coupon, unable to get the order to go thru. Called the store to ask if they would... honor the coupon if I came in and ordered. Was told their computer system was down and that was why I could not order online,but they would honor the coupon in store. When i got there i was told the only way i could pay was with a check . I understandno credit cards, but No CASH???. Would have been nice if I had been told that when I called. 10 miles of gas, money, and timewasted. Thanks!!! Read more

Long waits. Every time. No matter how i order. I've cal led ahead in the past, tonight I ordered online, to be ready at 5:30.... Came at 5:40 and still waited over 10 min, in the drive through. Not to mention, no one ever answers at the speaker that says"stop here" on it. I'm not sure why it takes this store so long to make pizzas compared to other Papa Murphy's. It was the sameway when it was inside Wal-Mart. Garbage rating for speed! Read more

The employees are very friendly, and they're willing to admit when they mess up and they make it right. People need to realize... most of the employees are new and young and HUMAN. They make hundreds of pizzas so they can't be expected to remember what eveycustomer ordered. I I have never had an issue with this store. Read more

Placed my order, was told it would be a 10 minute wait. Waited for 25 minutes and the girl behind the counter asked if i was... waiting for something. I told her yes and what i ordered, she said she would start it right away. Then she made me the wrongpizza and had to start all over again. All in all waited about 40 minutes for one pizza and garlic bread. Definitely wont begoing back =( Read more
