Olways super slow service especially the drive thru
Worst location for curbside pickup order after waited 30 minutes had to go inside and ask for my order and it was not ready.
Bad crew customer service is terrible.. one crew member was being rude to all customers
It was just a drive through for the kids meal they wanted. No waiting in line. Drive through was quick. Will bring them back... again. They love McDonald's food. Read more

This McDonalds in New Roads LA is in the running for near worst in franchise or corporate history. Had lobby doors locked but... no signs informing that the lobby was closed. I had placed mobile app order to pickup inside. I did go in as an employee cameout to deli er to another car. My Coke, ordered with no ice was a full 2 inches from the top of the cup. Alot of playing in theback but no real service. Read more
My daughter's favorite McDonald's. We usually order from the drive thru. The last time in the lobby service was good and they... were in the process of the cleaning the lobby when we arrived. Overall, it a good establishment! Read more
Well the service really bad and got attitudes with everyone ,they don't like doing their job but they love getting pd for it
