This place should change it?s name to 16 dollars because that?s what you?ll pay per serving.
The store was disgustingly dirty. They also don?t allow samples because of COVID which makes no sense because they don?t require... masks AND you have to serve yourself your own toppings. So when folks come in the store with dirty hands and they pick up theserving spoons, isn?t that worse? Makes no sense. Definitely not going there again. Read more

My first time at this place was disappointing due to poor customary service. The female employee there refused to make me... milkshake even though they just opened this morning (her excuse was they were all out of milkshakes but apparently hadeverything else) and she was just siting there on her phone. Not a fan of 16 Handles Fro-yo. My daughter loved the assortment of flavors as well as toppings. Something is missing for me... like the added fat that would make it creamy and delicious- i.e Ben and Jerry's. I'd rather eat the toppings and leave theFro-yo. Read more
I heard they had oatly ice cream so I rushed over to try it before they closed. It was really good taste better than the frozen... section one plus it was great to finally have a non dairy ice cream flavor! I would probably call first to see if it's availablebefore you go like I did! Read more
Horrible!!!!!!!!!! I went there for the first time expecting a great experience and I was disappointed. I will never go back. I... went there with my family and the customer service was horrible and blatantly disrespectful. We were not even acknowledged. No?hello! welcome to 16 handles? or ?how are you guys?? Not even while we approached the counter to pay. The young lady justpointed to the scale as we were ready to purchase, without any kind of acknowledgment or conversation throughout thetransaction. Terrible management, I?m honestly disgusted. They always like to pressure and manipulate people to work harder and come in when... they?re trying to call out. Especially to cover open shifts. The store owners are in denial about being bad employers even afteremployees approached them about their actions. They need to do better. I see why they?re always understaffed. Definitely wasn?tworth working here. Its sad to see such an easy job become so much of a burden because the owners won?t reflect on theiractions. Read more
