They only had 4 ice cream flavors available and 1 was melted. The customer service wasn't even good either. Very disappointed.

I highly recommend this location! It was very clean, employees were kind and helpful, AND this location has parking. I stopped... by today at 8:30 pm and they were open. I ordered a Jamoca pecan chocolate ice cream cone. Delicious!!! Read more
Polite staff. If they get it wrong, they make it right. There are times that certain flavors aren't available and/or some ice... cream are a bit soft/melted. Overall, there's room for improvement but, I'd go there again. Read more
I accidentally dropped my new iceccream cone on th floor and the customer service rep gave me a new one free of charge. Also,... without my asking, he had me try some samples that he thought were similar enough to my order that I would like them. He wasright! Read more
The Worst staff i have ever come across at a baskin Robbins, extremely RUDE ! We came in to buy an ice cream cake - they were... busy giggling and acting clueless as if they didn?t know they sold cakes and then claimed they did not have anyone to writehappy birthday on a $40 cake, after asking again they sent some girl to do it and also said they only had red frosting forwriting no other color options ! DO NOT GO TO THIS LOCTION ! It?s winter you should appreciate the business ! I Will never cometoo this location again !!!
