I've been to this location in the past and it's always a great experience. It was a late Friday night dinner with my 16 year... old daughter and her 2 friends. We came from Dave and Busters to have these amazing wings. I love the fact that we can pick 6different sauces. The wings are so crunchy they always hit just right. Waited 10 minutes upfront No host. Had to find someone to sit my party of 3. After seated waited 25 minutes and still no... waitresses. Cool I understand football season. I asked the manager he said sorry football. Meanwhile I witnessed 2 others walkin and get seated immediately and approached by waitress. I walked out after a total of 30 minutes to catch the manager playingcandy crush on the bench outside. Read more

The food was at best mediocre. But my real problem was the server we had. She barely came to our table. No drink refills because... she literally never came back to our table. She forgot the fries. Did a quick oh I’m sorry and asked if we still wanted thefries even though we had been eating for about 15 min. Didn’t offer to compensate for her mistake and ran from the table asfast as she could. My brother paid and didn’t leave her a tip because her service was horrible and she proceeded to comeoutside and confront him about it so he told her in her face that her service was horrible. This is my local spot but I can only tolerate it every so often. Every time I go my order is messed up. Things missing wrong... sauces and the staff literally could care less. There is nothing but attitude given in most cases. Not all but most. My buddyworked there for a long time and I’ve seen/heard both sides. It’s just a direct contrast to other BWWs you go to. Maybe theyare over worked. Who knows but I go sparingly because again there is only so much you can take and I don’t want to feel somekind of way about it. Just check your order before you leave. Update and down to 1 star. Literally got worse here is there $8regular cheese curds. Aside from the poor management of having to wait 30 mins while the girl tried to handle phone orders andthen couldn't find the order and then was all over the place. The Uber driver behind me was asked to substitute bootless waterfor a cup of water. Honestly don't bother going there is all bad. Read more

I came here for my son's birthday ???? and they treated us very good. The food was fresh and the staff were very polite. They... even did a great job singing my boy a happy bday and even did a great job surprising him. The bday cake was delicious as welland always on the house!!! Read more
Food was hot and fresh. Only problem I had was the service. After being seated, we waited too long to be greeted by a waitress... then after waiting more than 10 minutes, the host asked if we could move to another table. FYI, it wasn't busy or full thatnight. A little annoyed but we made the best of it. Read more
