Horrible customer service. Food isn’t good enough for them to be that rude lol
i’ve ordered here multiple times and so have my co workers. today is why i wanted to write the review, though. i ordered... sashimi which they were able to accommodate my request. i wanted 16 pieces of sashimi and they said yes! usually i get turnedaway because i only want salmon but they made it anyway. the sashimi pieces are huge, thick and worth the money. and VERY FRESH!a lot of time i will pay the same price as i paid for 1/2 of the fish. always great quality. I’ve been trying to order from this place for the past 3 days and there is always something that makes it very complicated for... them to deliver. Day 1: Tuesdays the place is closed. Day 2:Cash only for delivery (went to get cash with a broken leg). Day 3:called to place the order, driver doesn’t go up to the apartment (I explained I have a broken leg and can’t go downstairs,the person said “sorry but we cannot accommodate”). Had the Tuna Poke Bowl! It was delicious. The last time I came here I was kind of put off because the food I had tasted like it... had no seasoning. But, today the flavor was spot on. And I want to commend them for the brown rice. Oftentimes, restaurantswill serve plain, bland brown rice; however, the brown rice here was flavorful. It tasted tangy and slightly sweet. Probably amixture of soy sauce and teriyaki or something of the sort. Anyways it was good. Read more
Beyond satisfied with my first time order. Yesterday I ordered chicken and shrimp teriyaki with fried rice for delivery. The... food was super delicious, when delivered the food was hot and they included napkins and forks for me without me asking. Manyplaces lack the common sense to add forks and napkins nowadays due to takeout so that’s something I appreciate greatly. I willbe happy to order from here another day and I recommend their food as it is delicious especially with their yum yum sauce. Read more

Ordered 2 portions of chicken, vegetables and fried rice on Uber eats. When my wife and myself were eating there was hair in... our food also, the food was very oily. This made my wife so sick she started vomiting. I will be contacting New RochelleDepartment of health to conduct a health inspection on this restaurant. How can you send food with hair in it?
