They need better management. Service is not consistent. It's fast food not slow food. I find myself going to Bay Plaza location... more often than New Rochelle because the service is quicker . On the plus side though, I was able to get fresh chicken madebecause I only wanted spicy legs and thighs. Read more

There is plenty of... parking outside and it is a convenient place to go if you have to wait while your car is being serviced at the Nissan dealershipwhich is like 50ft away.
