I just ordered a large coffee light and sweet. I was over charged (not a lot but when I pointed it out I was told I ordered it... with milk and sugar?) regardless it shouldn't happen! I received my coffee black! I asked for milk and sugar and got sidewayslooks from the 4 people standing behind the counter. I've been a Starbucks customer for the last 15 years! That's a wrap!
