Waited 25 minutes for warmed pastries. I thought they would be faster to get and consume than making and eating a real... breakfast. Boy was I wrong. Warmed bakery item orders should be on a separate queue than custom drinks because they don'trequire as much employee time, have less room for error, and can earn customer satisfaction much more easily. Not my usual store but was in the area and stopped in to grab a Grande Chai Latte with light foam. When I picked up the order I... was shocked at how light the cup felt. Opened the lid and the cup was barely half full. The liquid in it was equivalent to aShort. Very disappointing. Not going back anytime soon. Read more
They almost never have the mango dragon fruit drink ! Clearly the location is understaffed You are never in and out easy it... takes a good 30 mins to get a caramel ice coffee and it?s often not even made right ! I hope the management trains the staffbetter and employs more people. I?d suggest people to just go over to the Dunkin? Donuts near by ! Read more
Wow I don't know where to begin .... The whole team is outstanding ???? I came through the drive thru the other day and the... greetings they gave was awesome. Everyone spoke to the children I had in the car and put their names on the top of the drinkswhich put a huge smile on their faces . I just want to say I appreciate you guys so much . Ordered two pike coffees on the app and it wasn?t even ready after 45 min. The baristas looked overwhelmed and there was such a... backlog of orders. First time ever having an issue with this Starbucks. I wish the app gave the option to refund because theytook my money and I didn?t have the time to wait for my coffees. So much for online ordering.
