We stopped in for take out after a long day of float hunting. Put order in at the bar for crabcake sandwich and fried fish and... grabbed a beer while the kitchen put it together. Such friendly staff and an inviting atmosphere! Service was quick and helpful. Delicious fish and chips with a great light... flakey batter. Tartar sauce was sharp. Warm service and well prepared food. Prices are not bad when you are considering that you are on remote Block Island. They have... some vegetarian and vegan options on the menu, so it is possible for many to enjoy the menu here. This was one of the onlyplaces that is open during the off peak block island season. Stopped in for dinner tonight and was not disappointed. Started with fried pickles and cheese garlic bread-both were delicious.... For dinner I got the Cajun Alfredo rigatoni and that was perfection. Creamy and spicy without being overbearing. Highlyrecommend. My husband ordered a burger and said it was great. Customer service was fantastic.
