I gotta say, just sticking with the meals Beast Coast provides has done SO much for me! I set a goal a few months ago to lose 35... pounds, but my diet was holding me back. I spoke to Jon at Beast Coast and gave him free will to choose meals for me, and Igotta say.. I'm sooo glad I did! In just a couple weeks of eating right and sticking to his meal plan, I am HALF WAY to my goal!I haven't changed a thing except for my diet and it's gone miles for me. I was extremely hesitant to pay for prepared meals because I thought it was a waste of money, and that takeout would be cheaper... if I ordered in bulk. I was completely wrong! Not only is it reasonably priced the food is downright delicious! Even my pickyhusband and son love this food. I think my favorite part is the convenience of having it delivered directly to my gym and all ofthe meal options, so I never get bored eating the same food over and over. I have tried a few other meal prep companies and I have to say Beast Coast Is hands down the best!! The recipies are amazing and... the portions are perfect.
