Would like to give a good review, but really can't. Sat on the phone trying to order food, call disconnected 2 times after... approx. 10 minutes each time. I then drove to location, on the phone for a 3rd time, phone gets answered when I'm IN the lobby.I order and go to pay- they're not accepting cash. I walked out aggravated. Read more
Usually we get it with delivery, but since we were at the plaza, we order over the phone and pick it up. Good if you consider... what to expect from them. It's a fast food after all. Read more
Very disappointed in the store, especially since I love this place. I had placed an order for carryout delivery (first time... trying, just a curbside delivery service) since I was on the go with my kid. I waited 10 minutes until I had to go inside andfinally get my food. The only thing I don't understand is: Why have the carryout delivery option if no worker in the store isgoing to fulfill it? Otherwise food is great, just maybe pay attention to the services your workplace provides.... Read more
I have had nothing but an amazing experience at the Dominos in new Smyrna beach. I would highly recommend this location... especially. Like anyone or anything they are not perfect. They have messed up an order or two in the past however when I havecontacted them directly they have always owned up to the problem, apologized and corrected the mistake. Whether it?s offering anew one/remaking it, adding points or rewards to my account or offering a free item. They have always done what they can tocorrect the problem and I think that?s amazing. Not too sure what to say, I ordered pizza for a vegetarian/vegan friend. I got the pizza with just tomatoes and pineapples and... you would think it?s simple enough to make a pizza with just those two toppings. But no, whoever made the pizza must really hatethe entire pineapple on pizza thing because in their incompetence they put bacon on the pizza. So if you are vegetarian orwhatever I would think twice before ordering a pizza from here. Also the pizza was cold by the time I got it. Read more
Tastes like domino's but that's not the issue. I couldn't understand the guy on the phone cuz he was muffled. When I got to the... store to pick up, I found out why. He was having to repeat himself to every caller because he was placing the phone under hischin against his skin on his neck. I'm not sure why he couldn't figure this out but it was an issue with every caller. Nice guy,just no common sense. Read more
4/24/2020 1844 Renzulli Rd, New Smyrna Beach, FL 32168 Manager was not very professional. This is the worst pizza we ever got.... The pizza was burnt. the manager said that can't happen. LOL I ordered EXTRA pepperoni that didn't happen it was burnt Themanager said that can't happen. It was very dry and burnt. Last time for me to Domino's. Also waited at pickup window for 5 minsbefore anyone came to pickup window. 4 people walked by the window never checked to see if I was waited on there was 4 carsbehind me waiting. Employees were extremely rude. Made the pizza wrong and then refused to refund the money and remake it. Instead of having good... customer service and act accommodating she shoved the pizza at us. Girl with the blonde hair acted like she didn?t wanna dealwith the problem. What happened to dominos priding themselves on great customer service and remaking the pizza when it?s wrong?Never will go back. Read more
