Never thought I?d be leaving this place a one star review considering for the last two years I?ve been a regular here, but more... so a year / year and a half ago. The staff has changed and so has the quality. The last two bowls I?ve ordered have beenhorrible. Tell me how I get a half size bowl with the same toppings as usual and it?s $17 yet I get a full size with the sameadd ons and it?s $15??????? Not to mention they tasted horrible both times and I didn?t even receive the spirulina I asked forthe first time. I actually threw away my full size today because it just wasn?t good. I don?t have money like this to be wastingbut wow this place isn?t the same. Great juices, some good looking smoothies I?ll indulge in next time, and something called crack coffee? Very friendly and... helpful staff. Follow up. I was super excited to try this place after reading all the fantastic reviews. My only disappointment was that all three workers... inside were not wearing masks (that lost them a star). Everything else was great - customer service, flavor, wait time, etc.When the phone rang, the gal helping me gave it to another staff person to answer so she could be present with me to answer myquestions. They even offered to bring my smoothie out to me in my car as an option (or I could wait outside). I was especiallyimpressed with the added orange and strawberry on top of the cup. I stopped in for an Açai bowl for lunch. It was the perfect light meal. I ordered the Octopus with Kale, spinach, banana,... ginger, lime and blueberry. It was the perfect non sweet energy boost I needed. Great flavor mix with the granola and honey. Read more
