They get the Gold medal for being the worst McDonalds in the area, half the time you don't get half of what you ordered...the... teenagers are clueless as to what is going on anywhere inside or outside of the building. The stocky woman manager is adownright beast, not sure if she is taking peoples food to take home with here or what....all I can say is check your bag, it isnever right and avoid the "stocky woman manager" even with a receipt and missing food she wants to make a huge scene acting asif you have the food hidden in your pockets and just want extra...a beast I tell you with no customer service smile. Actually worked in the mornings at this place. The morning crew is fantastic lively and energetic. In the evenings, it's... particularly one manager. Her name is Kathy, she is a monster. The closest thing I can use to describe her, and her demeanor, isUrsula from The Little mermaid. Am I particular experience there she would talk with the crew, and label people that lookdifferent I guess, more specifically defamation of character. I caught her in the act, and from that point forward she prettymuch would not let me work. Now I am a very forgiving soul, I was told I could sue the company, however with all the hurricanebusiness, I just moved away. Any potential applicants, be aware that lady is bad news. Read more
I ordered a soda on the drive-through and paid for it. After a long wait in line, when it is time to pick up the order, they... told me they didn't have it. It would have been better to inform me that at the time I was ordering. Read more
Lazy, incompetent employees. Young man at drive thru messed up a simple order. I turned around and came back asking him to... switch out the chicken nuggets that I didn't order for the double cheeseburger meal that did. He had a confused look on hisface, and the other workers demanded to see my receipt. I am in a $60,000 car with a $3000 handbag and I guess I have nothingbetter to do than make up outlandish stories over a $8 meal deal. They were so rude and aggravating that I am actually OK withnot receiving the food I paid for. It is most unfortunate that minimum wage for these entry level employees is going up againbecause this location should be the poster children to why it shouldn't. Read more
This McDonald?s has been pretty good over the years but sometimes they?ll have a rough patch? this is one of those times. Burnt... cookies today and they only filled up the large fries halfway.. I?m assuming because they didn?t want to make more fries? whenemployees are slacking because they don?t want to work and the customer is not getting what they pay for as a result, there?s aproblem?. I?ll be emailing corporate about these issues as well. The last two times I have gotten fries from here they only fillthem up halfway.. that is not what McDonald?s is about. Read more
I know to check my order before leaving. Late at night about 10pm through the drive through. Reaching home, I was short a... sandwich ??. They did not have any ice cream so that was a bust. I had ordered 2 sandwiches and two orders of french fries anda cinnamon roll, they gave me one napkin. What I had was good but not happy. I'll know better next time if there's a next time. I will be honest, I am not a fan of McDonald's, (ever!) but when the power went off at New Smyrna Beach campground we were... staying at, we rushed out to grab the closest thing which ended up being McDonald's in New Symrna Beach, Florida. Although Iexpected the worst, I was pleasantly surprised that we got our order really fast and for once everything was correct. What Ididn't expect was to get a smile on my face when I opened my chicken nuggets....(see the picture). Someone took the time to lineup all the nuggets neatly in the box!
