I have mixed feelings on how to review it. The people were great, but I tried to use the self serve kiosk to order and that... didn't work out well. I wasn't sure what I wanted to eat so decided to browse the menu on the self serve kiosk. I eventuallyordered on it and it didn't give me a receipt and the order number disappeared from the screen too fast I stood there forprobably 15 minutes, waiting for my food. Eventually one of the workers pointed out I should have gotten food by then and shehelped get it sorted out. Very clean and really nice staff. I wish all McDonalds were like this one. Only complaint was the kiosk didnt work but the shift... manager saw this apologized and took my order and I was on my way back on the road. Good employees make a difference. Thank you. Read more
Forgot our fries and we had to travel 20 minutes back to the store to pick up the rest of our order. We called and let them know... we were from out of town and wasn't even offered anything for the inconvenience of having to return for our order... need tostep it up Read more
This McDonalds is a MUST SEE! It's beautifully decorated for fall, with pumpkins, scarecrows, and leaves. The pumpkin latte is... amazing! All bathrooms are spotless. The manager and staff are professional, kind, and devoted to providing a happy customerexperience. Read more
Fries are piping hot and the breakfast sandwiches are at their best. Clean. Friendly. 5 Stars. We ordered 2 quarter pounder... with only ketchup. AMAZING PLACE TO BRING YOUR FAMILY! We are visiting their area and my kids wants specific toys for their Happy Meal. But they do... not have them anymore only the display ones. They did ABOVE AND BEYOND by giving the entire display instead! All their staffare amazing, great customer service! There?s a guy who greet customers really nice.
