They got part of my order wrong, but they fixed it immediately with a big smile. Very few fast food places care anymore.
Stopped there today on the way to work used my debit card to pay for my 10 chicken nuggets! I was in a rush and I grabbed... nuggets but forgot and didn?t grab my card and left I work right around the corner within 20 minutes I realized I don?t have mycard and came back for it. Apparently the lady who works there and took care of me left for another store. To summarize theydidn?t have my card, almost like magic.., I?m upset that they don?t even have cameras to check. Ordered taco salad in drive thru, pathetic! This is unacceptable to give out to customers. This salad should have been disposed... of and new one made days ago!!. Both the lettuce and tomatoes are not edible and again should have never been served! I?m alocal and will NOT be revisiting. I will be requesting a refund ASAP! Took 18 minutes for two burgers... Restaurant way under staffed.. when I got my burgers home from a 5-minute drive they were dry... and insipid... I hate to see anybody struggle. but the struggle was real I waited 8 minutes in drive-thru it did not move I gotout of the car and went inside. Read more

Stopped in at 11:41 a.m. on a Tuesday. Was going to get a burger and fries. Parking lot was empty, one car inthe drive-thru. As... soon as I opened the door I knew why. The stench was terrible. I used to work in a jail and the closet thing I can compare towas when you had inmates in a cell that would not shower. Used the restroom and left. No way I eat somewhere that smells likethis. This is just like any other Wendy, food is cheap and quality is so-so. I won?t order the value burgers here as you can?t even... find the burger patty since they are so small. I love to order the baked potatoes here. They are piping hot. Ask for shreddedcheese. Skip the fatty sour cream. Mix the chives in with some butter. Skip the bacon too. I now have a very healthy andsatisfying meal. The servers are very polite and helpful. The place is very clean. Read more
