Awesome! Great food, great staff. Very fresh baguette! Alyssa really knew her stuff, and that's coming from a former high volume... Panera cashier! Everyone was polite, friendly, and focused on fast service! The new BBQ sandwich is no BBQ chicken Flatbread,but it was still delicious. I know food prices have gone up, but corporate might have to consider cutting margins because $20for a pick two is painful, even when it's this good. Read more
Was going to be a first time customer. Was but I couldn?t get service. Didn?t realize it was a whites only. I?m the only one in... line and yet they wouldn?t acknowledge my presence. I went to the Oath and got a good tasting slice of pizza. While waiting Inotice a white women walked up and they took her order immediately. I stood in line 5 mins waiting to get service and she standsin line two seconds and the whole store giving her first class service. I definitely will let everyone know not to stop here! Read more
So came here hungry and ready to spend a little more because I wanted a good satisfying meal. As you can see from the pics not... a lot of meal for the money. The bag of chips is soooo small. I haven't been to a Panera bread in awhile but I know their chipsweren't so tiny before. 1 oz is the size they sell now. Umm why even bother... The sandwich... Yes flavorful, fresh, not somegarbage like Roy Rogers (see my other reviews) That's why I didn't give it 1 star. But the portion size for 15 bucks isridiculous. Small piece of chicken on a bun that was too big for it and a few fried pickles. The sandwich was mostly bread. Ishould be advertised as a bread sandwich with a side of chicken... Smh... About to go elsewhere to get the rest of mylunch. Won't be back. Read more
I just ordered a breakfast sandwich from this location at approximately 10:56am. the gentleman that took my order, Justin, was... polite and professional. the young lady that prepared my order was totally opposite? when giving the lady in front of me, herorder, she was polite, made eye contact and handed her the bag? when giving me my order, she called my name, threw the bag onthe counter, and never looked my way? I will longer patronize Panera bread. the only way to stop rude and bad customer serviceis to take my money where it?s appreciated. I encourage anyone else to do the same? Read more
We were really happy to find this Panera Bread location while traveling on the Ohio Turnpike. We were able to have a reasonably... healthy lunch at a reasonable price. We had the Teriyaki Chicken Bowl ($11. 69), a cup of tomato soup ($5.29) and a half NapaAlmond Chicken Sandwich ($6.39). Our large soda drinks were $2.89 each. Read more
Food was really delicious. Had a chicken teriyaki bowl and a french onion soup. Rest area was clean and quiet.
Stop here one day for breakfast and the selection was ok, but it would be nice to add turkey breakfast products as well. The... staff person was friendly, helpful, patient and my sandwich was pretty good Read more
