Bob Evans is usually very consistent but it was a little off this time. I ordered cup of cheese potato soup and 1/2 of a BLT.... The soup was a gelatinous goo and the bread on the sandwich was very greasy. Wouldn't stop me from going again. I'll just stickto what I know is good next time Read more

Disappointed with my experience here this past weekend. It was a slow night but still took forever. Our waitress barely checked... on us. We ended up asking a woman who brought us our food for refills like 3 drinks total and instead of our waitress coming tosee who actually needed refills she just brought the entire table refills. Yeah, it's a Chain restaurant. I know. But the staff here really made the meal special. They are very short staffed, so they... staggered seating, and explained why the did so. They only had one waitress on duty. She was constantly in motion, yet waspleasant to everyone and spent time when needed to explain things. The food was also prepared with care. What's not to like? First time trying Bob Evans- good first impression! It was a nice, welcoming place and the people there seemed like they have... that southern hospitality and made sure we had everything we needed. I ordered the Honey Butter Chicken and it was amazing,would definitely order it again. I got mac n? cheese for the side, though, and it was cold. That may have been my fault for noteating it quickly, but who knows. The biscuits were probably the best part, our waitress gave us extra biscuits and I definitelyhad my filling of them.
