Worst place I have ever been. We came in 30 minutes before close and I had ordered first(out of 6) and the lady working in the... kitchen was yelling and being rude to a clear disability. When everyone who has been in the line after me had gotten their foodthe guy came up to me and told me he accidentally gave the wrong food out and the lady(manager) wasn?t going to cook it again.So I asked for a refund and he told me that I couldn?t get a refund because I paid with card, so I stated give me my food if Ican?t get a refund and he said she?s finally making my food. They kicked us out and made us wait outside for another 20 minutesbefore I finally decided to go through the drive thru. I went through and asked to speak to the manager and asked where my foodis. She told me that I had already been refunded, so I asked then why did the guy say he was going to bring my food out?Shereplied that she didn?t know and was getting very sassy.I tried telling her how I should?ve been told I was refunded in thefirst place when she cut me off and said well you can leave then. Terrible wait time. Came in 30 minutes before lobby closed. Took over an hour for us to get our food(with almost no drive... through customers) one of my friends after waiting the full hour because her food was given away by mistake never got her foodbecause they said they ?gave refund already? even though they said they couldn?t. And when we brought this up toCourtney(manager) she told us that we had an attitude and If we continue we wouldn?t get any service. This is not even mentioning the fact that the manager was rolling her eyes at customers and yelling at her mentally impaired coworker(who wasactually very helpful and understanding). This is not an experience exclusive to my group. An elderly couple who just wantedsauces decided to take matters into their own hands after waiting 10 minutes for them and they got yelled at by the manager onduty for it. (This all happened at new ulm at 9:30-10:10pm on 10/23) overall terrible experience and you should think about youthe future that manager has at the company. Read more
Courtney is a birch and she should be fired. A manager there, unfortunately, she yelled at her mentally disabled coworker and... the customers in the lobby while we were all forced to wait in there for 40 minutes. After an error was made in making a burger,she didn't feel like making another one. No refund, no food. After what totaled to be an hour wait. Read more

An easy 3 stars as it wasn't anything out of the ordinary, but didn't do anything above and beyond. Pretty basic, pretty... simple. Your average priced fast food joint that did everything they should!! Read more
Ordered a Bacon King. The order taker heard Big Fish and I certainly didn't mumble. The order was changed. Took almost 5... minutes for the food to come out and I had to yell to get the kids attention. Other than that, the food was good. A bit chincyon the fries. Read more

If you are looking for a spicy... chicken sandwich you must try the Spicy Ch'King it is a monster of a sandwich and flavor is outstanding hands down it beatsMcDonald's spicy chicken.
