Not even New Ulm nice. My husband popped in there Sunday, as i was eating an ice cream cone and was a mess and needed something... wet to clean off my hands. It was one of the few places open mid afternoon. The man working asked my husband if he was orderinga pizza, picking up a pizza, etc. my husband said, ?Neither, I would like a couple wet paper towels so my wife can clean off herhands.? We ordered a delivery pizza at 11:43. It immediately stated Isaac was prepping our pizza. 12 min later our order was canceled. I... called as soon as I received the cancel notice. After being on hold for a prolonged time I was told that all they could do waspick up. As ER nurses staffing the emergency department we are unable to pick up the pizza... it's why we ordered delivery.Beyond disappointed. I've ordered from this location twice and both times they have completely messed up my order the 1st time I ordered $80 worth of... food 3 pizzas and wings and they only got one pizza right The delivery driver literally left with our food came back and it wasstill messed up so they gave me $20 credit which I used today and and they messed up my pizza again I highly recommend you donot use domino's new home and you venture out to Saint Peter or Mankato Read more
They lie about their closing time on website. We tried ordering from New Ulm Domino's just after midnight because it says... they're open til 2 am and the guy flat out refused to do our order because he says he wants to leave early. We've been on theroad for over 6 hours and finally made it to our hotel and starving! I would give this place no stars if I could. The guy wassoooo rude! Read more
Frequently has something wrong like the wrong toppings, wrong crust, burnt pizza, or cheese only in middle of pizza. If... someone pays a few bucks more for deepdish, they want deepdish.. if i order beef and mushroom don't give me ham and beef or hamand mushroom. It's hard to find help these days, so i can't be mad at them for just trying to stay staffed. They often willanswer and hang up right away without a word said. They apparently hire at 14yo so I'm guessing they really need help. Justpicked up an order again now . Didn't get deepdish but he did give me a deal! Although nothing was said about the error. we get to dominos and two of the employees are outside on a break smoking cigarettes. fine. but we go in to grab the pizzas we... ordered 20 minutes ago and one of the guys follows us in from outside. come to find out the only employees working were the onestaking the break. ?oh did you guys order a pizza? it?s probably not ready yet. it?s second in line if you wanted to wait 15minutes or so.? i didn?t really but it was already paid for. tasted like a dominoes pizza: salty. :/ Read more
Overall, it was a good experience. Typically not busy or late on orders, but of course, the day I put in an order, they are... jam-packed. Although it was busy, they still delivered with tip top quality. 8/10, would order again. Read more
