We went through the drive-thru late and were told there was a limited menu. It was clear they were short staffed. Food was fine.... Thanks to short staffed crew to keep the place open and get us some food. Read more
Employee got the order wrong and when told her, she got extremely rude and a very snobby attitude, the shakes we ordered were... the consistency of a thick milk and tasted horrible, ordered a monster roast beef and was charged 9.00 for it and it had about1/4 of the meat on it than all the previous times we've been there, on top of that, the doors are locked and customers notallowed inside, it's drive thru only. Have been there many times before and always had good food and good service until today,don't think we'll ever go back and definitely wouldn't recommend you waste your money here!! The food was so bad, we ended upthrowing it all away due to the terrible taste, a total waste of 30.00!!!! Here's a pic of the so called Monster Roast Beef theycharged us 9.00 for!!! Didn't even order anything. Parking lot had 3 vehicles in it. As we pulled up to the drive through, there was one vehicle ahead... of us, and one already at the window. The place was Very slow. When we pulled up to order, instead of being greeted, we weretold we have to come inside to order. No explanations, no apologies. I was done right then and there, but my daughter(whom isvery pregnant) wanted food right now. Went inside and they told us that they have to limit the number of drive thru orders tokeep from overwhelming the cook. The couple of people that were inside, already had their food, so we would have been at Most,the third order, but apparently 2 is the limit at any given time. I understand the labor shortage, I can wait... however after a 10 min wait to order through the drive through and then be told... our computers are updating you can not order with coupons or special prices, this is unacceptable, there has to be a way tomanually change the price, if not, post a sign as common courtesy........ The workers were great, the place's saving grace really. NO inside dining anymore, none at all?! I'm over blaming COVID for lack... of staff/service/quality...hire some folks and open a restaurant please. Got on the road, since you can't dine-in and found noketchup or sauce for the chicken strips. No garbage outside...seriously. Do better. Read more
Went to Hardee?s to get supper and was gonna get the 5 piece chicken strips and a chocolate shake and was told it would be 5-8... minutes for the chicken strips and that they don?t have chocolate shakes when that is a lie because I?ve gotten a chocolateshake there before. Ended up leaving without food because there was way to many issues and the staff working there tonight werecompletely lazy. Read more
Waiting in drive thru. One car ahead of me. Get to the speaker & it says i wilk need to go inside to order. The car behind me... was able to order. So I go inside. Can't get a small curly Fry as the don't have small containers so I have to order a large.Ordered peach pie and pay and find out they have none. No honey mustard sause either. Persin in charge was very rude. This iswhy I have not been here for a long time and why I probably will not come back. Also food is disgusting. Whimpy Fries.
