Went through the drive-through and use the mobile app only for them to tell me that it was pending payment but I had to still... pay cash at the window. I went on to my bank account shows that the payment was pending but wasn't coming off of their screen sothey acted like I had to double pay and when I told them no I was ridiculed by the window employee. If you order after 8pm you have to ask for fresh food because if you don't it's old as hell and inedible. I had to re-cook my... food at home. I'd like a refund and honestly it's sad how quality has gone down yet employees are being paid higher than ever.Work ethic is dying. Read more
It is McDonald's. The kids like it me not so much. And if you order anything any kind of special you will be pulling ahead and... parking and waiting. I didn't think no ketchup was a special order, but I guess so. Read more
As this is McDonald's the food was all the same. But unlike every other McDonald's I have been in this one was extremely clean... and the one girl working there was one of the friendliest and most helpful person I have ever met in the fast food industry. Read more
The service was great as always!! But the food ???????????? what has happened, it was terrible. There was a sneezes worth of... spice sauce on my chicken and we asked for crispy fries so they would be fresh because last time they were cold?..they gave usfries that they just dumped back in the oil. Food was just ok. Luke warm burger on a stale bun. When a person asks politely for " light salt" meaning less, on an order of... fries, it would be nice if they accomdated. Very expensive eating at a fast food joint these days, please make the order as acustomer requests. This McDonald's varies from good to mediocre.
