We had some of the poorest service tonight from our waitress, Amber. Each time we asked for something it was as if we were... inconveniencing her. As we ordered, she wouldnt even look at us & looked away, super unfriendly. Definitely wont be in a hurryto go back or at least not have her for a waitress. Read more
Food was typical bar and grill food which is good. Tots were yumm. Nice looking interior. I was traveling through New ulm and... wanted something besides fast food. I got kind of a cold shoulder. My server was incredibly uninterested, guessing because I'mnot a regular. They were super excited for other guests that I'm assuming they knew. Which is fine, but after smiling to andchatting with other guests they were quick and abrupt with me. Suggestion.. even if you don't know your customer act a littlebit interested in them. I've never had a server be unhappy to serve me even when they've never met me. Summary, food was nice,but I felt like i was unwelcome and a burden for being there.
