THANK YOU! To the manager! We had a bad tire blow out and limped our camper to this store. The store was closing due to... staffing (as we know today this sort of thing happens) but was there with a truck unloading then he switched gears and helped somuch! We were able to still get gas, a Deputy helped with a jack to change the tire, and this guy even left the light on thecanopy for is for longer than he needed to! THIS PLACE IS NOT OPEN 24 HRS ITS 11:30PM BUT BOTH STORE AND PUMPS ARE CLOSED AND OFF :(
Not 24 hours or even close too it. I'm A local and you never know if they'll be open at night or not. They seem to have settled... on closing the store and gas pumps at 830pm till 6am during the week. If they feel like it sometimes there open all night on theweekends as advertised. Read more
Be aware this is NOT A 24HR GAS STATION! If you have to use the restroom in the middle of the night, you?ll have to travel to... Pilot in Osceola, IA about 10 miles down the road for 24hr restrooms!! But overall, if your stopping at Kum n Go, the restroomsare fairly decent. Read more
This is one of the nicer stores, set up is nice and staff are nice. I went in today looking for baby wipes, they didn't have any... so one of the ladies working gave me a pack of her baby wipes that were in her car!! That is true customer service!! Whoeverthat lady was, she saved my entire day! Read more
Normally I wouldn?t have a bad comment but the pumps being turned off at 9:10pm is just bad business for a truck stop gas... station. Wile waiting on fuel to be brought to me I witnessed several cars pull in not expecting the pumps to be turned off eventhough the lights were on. It is not a good show of New Virginia having one of the main places that you see coming into townadvertise 24hour service online and on maps to not even serve fuel of any kind after 9pm. Read more
Women?s bathroom smelled good, and had the general appearance of cleanliness. It was eh, okay. However it felt like it had not... been deep cleaned- more of just a light cleaning. The floor looked like it could?ve used a good sweeping and wash. Gas priceswere really good. Overall- the store isn?t new, but well cared for and organized. Food/drink area was well kept- everything wasin its place/as it should be. They also sell live bait. Overall pretty good stop, not 5 star worthy- but not bad. Read more
