We have been to eat at this restaurant three times in the last couple of months. We travel in from out of town and this is one... of our go-to spots. The food is amazing and the service is always good. A great value for the quality of food and theatmosphere. I would highly recommend this to business travelers if you want to impress your customers! We had a party or 4. We had a reservation out on the patio with some soft music playing. What an outstanding... atmosphere. Logan, the owner, and his staff went above and beyond to take care of us. The service was off the charts. I had aribeye that was cooked to perfection and had outstanding flavor. Others in our party had the sirloin and really like it. I have never written a review for a restaurant this fast after dining there! Me & my husband made a reservation & chose to sit... in the upstairs bar. It was very nice, & quaint. The bartender/waitress Elle was absolutely fantastic. She made me a completelydifferent drink when I didn't enjoy my jalapeño margarita. Her company was an added bonus to our meal. She was chatty & spokeon different topics of the restaurant. It was so refreshing for a person to love their job & talk so highly of it. My husbandordered the steak special with carrots & twice baked potato. The hostess downstairs recommended it. He was so thankful she did,the steak literally melted in your mouth. He said it was the best steak from a restaurant he's ever gotten. I enjoyed the fish &chips, with coleslaw, hush puppies, & 2 slices of bread. I enjoyed everything except the bread, it seemed a bit stale but itdefinitely did not take away from the meal. For dessert we had the bread pudding, & good Lord! It was to die for! Was our first time here and won't be our last. The food was amazing, and so was the service. Neither my girlfriend or I was able... to drink over 3/4 our drink without it being filled back up. Got our appetizers within 5 minutes after order and we had 2. I gotthe Ribeye and my girlfriend got the chicken tenders. Everything was very fresh tasting and can't say I have a complaint withthe experience at all. The steak was the most expensive thing we got and it was 45 dollars. The most I've ever spent on a steakbut would be happy to do it again. Would also like to thank our server for being so nice and quick about anything andeverything, although do not remember seeing her name on her shirt. This is the jewel of New Wash. It is worth the drive. Reservations are recommended, however if you make them too late in the... evening they may be out of the chef inspired special. They offer inside dining or patio seating. I’ve never leftdisappointed. Read more
