I went last Saturday at new waterford kfc and order 10pc bucket chicken & the chicken was delicious & tasty Best chicken I had
Placed an order at 3:53 online to be delivered .. delivery time was suppose to be 5:08 .. at 5:25 I called because my food had... still not arrived. Food arrived at 5:45 .. also ordered a large gravy and received a small! With such a long wait for delivery,there shouldn't have been a $7 fee for delivery. Ridiculously expensive, extremely long wait for one simple meal. Some of the workers in the back were wearing Sandals (no... socks), no beard nets or uniforms, all of which is against food safety. I would recommend driving to Sydney if you want to eat asafe KFC meal, it'll probably be quicker anyway. Read more
Great food, awesome chicken, well done, they need to put utensils in the bag with people's order I was there yesterday got 2... three piece meals and there was no fork or knifes 2 napkins had to wash my hands outside of the car with a bottle of water,other then that great place to eat , fully recommend it Read more
Disgusting. Absolutely vile. I hate KFC with a burning passion. Every single time my elderly grandmother invites me over to her... residence to enjoy some Kentucky fried chicken with her and her husband I weep. Their chicken is greasy beyond belief, theirfries are soggy, and the gravy is lackluster. I've never had a half decent experience with the restaurant at any location,every building with that name and god awful gun-worshipping old man slapped on it is cursed. I don't know what about thatestablishment causes all people to lose the ability to cook some half decent chicken, but it is deplorable. KFC is a greasystain on the quilt of humanity. Read more
Multiple issues with this place! Order a big crunch a few weeks ago and when I got the sandwich and sat down...it was half the... size as normal. Was 100% a zinger patty. Took it back up and made them make me a new one. Second one was proper. Went there 2weeks ago and order a boneless box with poutine and side gravy for dip...gravy was watered down so much that it was like soupand had no flavor. Called up and employee said they would put my name in the book for a meal replacement. Went back up a weeklater to have the manager tell me no. They would replace the gravy only! I called the company that runs this place FMI...its nowbeen just under 2 weeks and still no call back from the area or regional manager...kfc should be shut down if they can't offerany customer service.
