This particular BP has super friendly and accommodating staff. We needed a particular table to be able to keep our eyes on our... car and trailer, and as soon as it opened up our waitress had it cleaned and moved us right over. My bf and me love Boston pizza because the food is great and the staff are always very friendly. This time we went for dinner... and I ordered the new carnitas pizza (which I also asked them to add jalapeno on it). First I ordered a side of yam fries (whichI love from this place) and it was a huge one with some lettuce and this chipotle mayo dressing which is extremely good andfresh. I love pizzas from Boston pizza because the crust is amazingly crunchy, there's not too much sauce, it is tasty andwhatever cheese they add is so fresh. Now with the carnitas added to the pizza I didn't feel it like a weird thing, justsomething similar to pulled pork which was not too salty and, with the jalapeno flavour, it added this fusion of the pizza + thecarnitas. I enjoyed my meal very much. My bf had a side of fries and I also tried them, they were very good and crunchy. Hismeal was a fettuccine jambalaya, he gets this meal most of the time because he enjoys the flavour very much and it comes withshrimp, chicken and sausages. This plate is huge and my bf can never end it because of how big it is, he always needs to ask fora container so we can take it home. I just ordered desserts from this Boston Pizza, through Skip the Dishes, and I literally found mold in the cheesecake I ordered.... I spoke to a person from Skip the Dishes, in a message chat, and they said they could only refund the cheesecake. This is verydisappointing seeing I was actually eating mold before I noticed. I would recommend you do not visit this restaurant, unless ifyou enjoy eating mold. Read more
After watching movie batman we came here for dinner. A restaurant open late and they serve delicious food. We ordered long... Island ice tea, chicken wings, bourbon BBQ chicken pizza (lndividual) Thai chicken wrap and veggie burger. The food was tasty.Service was wonderful. Read more
Came for a late night pizza. Got seated promptly, then the waitress took a very long time to come and take our order. First... thing she said after giving us the menus was "we are short staffed, so the kitchen is only making pizzas or wings". Normally, itwould come with an apology for inconvenience or something customer service-like, but it was more a statement of fact. Didn'truin the night or anything, but it gave a bit of unease. Due to lack of servers, it all business was consolidated right by thebar. So with about 30 people in one area, it was really loud and hard to have a conversation without almost yelling. We got thecutlery and plates - one of the plates was soaking wet and obviously wasn't dried. Server was mingling with a lot with thelarger tables. Not taking orders or anything, just mingling. We had to go up to her to ask if we could get service and when shecame, she said "What's wrong?". We pointed out the plate and she left. No apology and didn't even take the plate. When she cameback with a new plate, she just dropped it on the table and left without a word. Like, literally dropped it so much so that theplate made a clang. My girlfriend and I looked at each thinking "what the hell was that?". Pizza arrived and the cut was almosthilarious. You had some slices cut for an ant and another cut for a gorilla. Ordered a heart shaped pizza and cheesecake for Valentine’s Day and got home to open the box. The pizza was the worst pizza... that I have ever tasted. The crust was so thin as we didn’t order thin slice and no cheese or toppings. We paid $27 for amedium pizza and $10 for the cheesecake. The strawberry sauce was so bad. The cheesecake cookie crumb was off. I know it’sbusy and feel for restaurants but as a Boston pizza franchise I expected more as we have always supported BP. I know it busythat day but quality should be standard. The ladies at the counter were really nice and efficient but the cooks and food isterrible. Went at about 2 pm. Waited 45 minutes for out meal, I ordered a French onion soup which barely had cheese on it. And my fiancés... Boston Royale came out with soo many toppings and on top of that they were raw. However the manager was very great about it andrectified it, giving us a portion of our bill on the house. Read more
We came in for a very late dinner despite busy we were seated quick and also we did get good waiter . The food tasted very good... and the drinks were nice. Not 5 starts because right before serving our food we were told there was no vegetarian ground leftfor tacos so we only had the pasta. Read more
