Usually the regular bowls are fine, but the breakfast ones are brutal. The egg texture was nasty. It came as a watery block and... was super crumbly, like tofu. If you break the block apart the eggs turn into a mushy paste. Powdered eggs? I don't know but itwas too gross for us so we threw them out, what a waste.. Get a regular salad or avoid lol. Read more
Great service and polite staff. Girls are quite friendly but always found them short staffed as I always saw two girls working... hard. Had to wait for order but the order packed was perfect and delicious. Quite a good experience. Read more
Don't order for delivery. This freshi is incapable of reading simple directions. I asked for romaine lettuce and if unavailable,... cancel the order. They made a salad with mixed greens which I can't stand. The Uber eats order was crystal clear but nobody tookthe time to read it. Happened twice as I gave them another chance to be nice about it. Maybe ok in person where you can watchand control but forget about delivery as they just don't care enough to pay attention. Read more
*** Update (April 2): Freshii quickly replied to my concerns, which I really appreciate. Really appreciate that kind of customer... service. I look forward to my next meal. Ordered yesterday evening for myself, my son, and a friend. My son got food poisoning,threw up, and pooed in his pants. My friend?s stomach has been off since then. I?m fine, but for the price, not okay. What theirorders had in common was the chicken. Tried calling them to tell them. No answer. Posting here as it seems the only way toprovide feedback. I hope nobody else got sick from orders yesterday. Please keep on top of the freshness of your ingredients. Read more
Two horrendous products really stole the show for me tonight. 1) Tortilla soup. This is literally burrito filling with water... and no spices at all, and a handful of soggy cilantro. 2) Nitro cold brew ?coffee?. Is absolutely vile and I do not understandhow this product made it through. I drink black coffee every day and it?s not hard to see that it?s putrid and vile. I am goingto the ER across the street because I believe that I have been poisoned by this ?coffee? Also the franchisee understaffed thisrestaurant lol. Only one girl behind the counter. Fresh healthy lunch bowl options. Was tasty. Oaxaca bowl with steak was filling and good.
Its amazing, I love their bowls. I always make my own bowl, which doesn't affect the price much as long as you don't pick extra... stuff. I also liked their system for the diy bowls a lot, you can help yourself to a checklist, check what you want and give itto the cashier. It has the prices right on there as well. Always tastes delicious, love their peanut sauce and the staff is verynice! Wish they would expand to Europe quick! Read more
