Alittle on the expensive side but decent serving size. Place is clean but staff arent that good with customer service.
Saturday morning around 11am, I entered this Freshii store to order a smoothie. The lady at the front which also happens to be... the manager told me they were limited of supplies (ingredients). With all the five listed smoothies, she was only able to puttogether a Chocolate peanut butter. She offered to make a mixed berry one with blueberry puree, and banana, without thestrawberries. Therefore, I inquired if she was able to adjust the price. She appeared annoyed. I bluntly said "how are you goingto advertise smoothies, without having any ingredients?" My suggestion, please write on the menu board, "Out of stock" socustomers don't waste their time for your inconvenience ! Also, please don't place your smoothie sandwich board outside, if youcannot deliver what your advertising ! Bad for business. Read more
I have been ordering a sesame crunch salad from Freshii, New Westminster location for a while. Almost every time, I did not get... romaine for this dish, instead your staff gave me spring mixed which is fine but last time, they did not prepare for the SweetSesame Soy Vinaigrette dressing which made me think that your staff did not prepare anything at all!! The restaurant opened at11am and I went there at "12pm" almost every day, so it is a busy time that customers will have lunch. How come this placealways running out of ingredients? Today, I ordered the same dish again, The portion was a bit small, I told your staff that theportion it is too small but your staff tried to argue with me that it is always like this portion, I said right away that thisis not the same portion that I get every time. Still she was rude to me. Also, no smoothies almost every time when I wentthere. Not a friendly location. I ordered my salad in a bowl and she asked me to clarify 3 times and still put it in a wrap. I politely... asked if she could fix it once I realized the mistake and she visibly got annoyed at me and rudely said I told her to put it ina wrap. I asked 3 times for a bowl. She then proceeded to talk about me to her coworker and roll her eyes. Won?t be back. Thefood wasn?t as good as other locations, either. Read more
Freshii is one of my favorites places to eat. But my experience in this location was not the best. The lady at the front desk... was very polite, but the order was all wrong. My wife ordered a wrap and they gave her a bowl. And for me, the assembly of thebowl was terrible, clearly made in a rush although the place was not busy at all. Definitely not the franchise standard. Hugejunks of onions and tomatoes, lack of ingredients as corn, cheese and sauce, and the portion was definitely smaller than I'mused to. I paid for extra black beans and there was even less than the normal amount. Read more
I have been a big fan of Freshii for so long. And I have been ordering the Oaxaca bowl for ages. Last time I went the portion... was a little bit small, and today when I went the portion was like half of the size. Unfortunately I won?t be going there verymuch anymore if this remains the case! A quick and healthy Cobb salad for lunch, but I remembered it being better tasting. The avocados were fresh and the honey... mustard dressing was just enough. Unfortunately the lettuce was rather old and off putting. They also forgot the bacon, whichwas pretty disappointing. For over $10 I expected more. Maybe I?ll try something else on the menu or maybe I?ll try the otherplace across the street. Read more
I generally visit this location twice a week and order my usual Cobb Salad Wrap. The service is fast, efficient and friendly. ... The service team there, led by Nav, is always cheerful and anticipates my "normal" order. The food is always of very goodquality. Read more
