I just prefer this location because their pizza is far better than any other Fresh Slice locations. However, I just can't ignore... the fact that the girl who takes the order is kinda rude towards the customers. Maybe she's stressed out and needs a break, butI believe whatever the reason is she just needs to cool down and attend every customer politely with a smile on her face. Visited today around 8 pm, Worst customer service !!!!! The cashier was an absolute nightmare!!!! Zero courtesy, rather than... helping the customer she confused the customer and offered limited options to order and then leave them no choice. She justwanted more sales!!!! Moreover, she was arguing with me. Please teach her proper customer service and tell her to help thecustomer rather than arguing and fooling them around! Read more

We wanted 8 slices of pizza but The girl at the front ( probably works morning time) is very rude and she doesn't even want to... sell the pizza. There was 7 veggie slices at the front but she said I'm not going to sell all of it to you there will be othercoustomer too ( but the store was empty) . She didn't wanted to make another veggie pizza as well, they have a business ofselling pizza's they just cannot say that you guys are not getting it so whatever she kept saying this thing again and again asshe was trying to insult us. My pizza was fresh! I was able to use the BCAA deal easily, the employee was friendly. They are moving towards creating less... waste and being eco-friendly! ???? My only reason for not giving 5 stars would be that the tables, counters and chairs could usea good wipe down. There appeared to be smears and crumbs on a few tables. Read more

Real talk; you either love their white sauce base, or you hate it. You either love their thin bready crust, or you hate it. ... There is no room for grey area. Also, no word of a lie, if you do not eat this pizza within 5 minutes of it coming out of theoven, it turns to inedible cardboard. That said, I live above this one, and we get the XL cheese, and add butter chicken sauceto it (the sauce is vegetarian by the way), and I will die by this pizza. No other pizza is better for the price, as long asyou eat it in the 14 seconds before it turns to cardboard. Read more

The pizza was really fresh and it tasted good but the person that attended us Chahat was really rude and restless. She was not... letting us decide our order and forcing us to choose asap when they were no one standing behind us in the queue.
