Ordered of uber eats. Not a lot of food for 72 dollars... They also forgot utensils requested chop sticks. The food was good.

Update: first time I have been there since they opened up the "dine in" area again since covid. Had a very tasty meal of sweet... and sour vegan chicken and mushroom fired rice and crispy noodles with vegan chicken. Will be back again. Both of the ladieswho served us were nice, one lady I would say was a very caring woman. We even came in to dine an hour before closing and theywere still kind to us. (Sept 30/22) Great! It's classic North American Chinese takeout that is a little better than foodcourt Chinese food. Crispy fried noodles were good.... Lots of veggies too. Satisfying. Takeout portions were good. Filled to the full in the containers. Read more

Absolutely worst experience and customer service I have ever been through. Every time I come in here I am disappointed by the... portions, and the amount we pay for the food we?re getting. But I thought I?d give it another try, and this time was the laststraw. As I?m paying for my small portion food, I look at the bill and see the lady charged me $2 for the containers for my foodto go in. I?m paying for the to go packages now with my food? That blew my Mind. The lady didn?t even notify me so anyone whogoes make sure you bring your own containers and have eaten before. So disappointing. Read more

Delivery was quick, hot and delicious. Driver was polite and efficient. Very generous portions.

Extremely disappointed with our take out order today. Ordered 2 chicken dishes and there was a total of one cup of chicken in... each dish. We have enough vegetables to accompany our vegetable chow mein and veg side dish for the rest of the week. Further-I called in to kindly discuss this and was told "there are cameras" and that there was chicken in there. To be accused of prettywell lying and to not be heard is not what I would consider good customer service. I had to mention leaving a review, not comingback and that it was poor customer service to have a change in tone. The change in tone was "next time tell us to put morechicken in when you call". To think that I would be ordering again was simply unthinkable. We also figured let's make the mostof it and ration out our meat portions- bland food. The best part of the entire meal was the free spring roll. Go figure. Thephoto is the amount of vegetables in our "chicken" dishes. Will not be ordering from here again. Read more

Is it possible to give less than a star? Warning ~ BODY PART FOUND IN FOOD We wanted chinese ans havent ordered out too often... due to covid 19 and wanting to be extra careful . First of all they forgot an order of spring rolls so we were upset when themanager basically blamed us or the delivery driver for the mistake. We had read some not so great reviews but thought that theonly thing we heard is they didn't seem clean and with the new precautions we figured they should be OK. As I was separating myfood I found an actual human fingernail!!!!! We examined it many times And honestly still can't quite believe this as we hada few bites. We contacted the restaurant and feel the next stop is the health authority. People need to be aware that this placeis not clean and what happened to us was the worst experience we've had . Please put your health and safety first. This is not atime for people to be slacking on health with covid 19 as a concern so we will be contacting the health authorizes. Read more
