If I could give a zero, I would. Went into the store at 9:30 pm , this little girl says the store is closed when the sign... clearly shows the store closes at 10pm on a Thursday. I ask her where can people see that? Her : Oh we switched off the opensign. We are closed, no food left I ask her but what about people who checked online and have driven all the way? I can clearlysee everything is on the counter :/ just plain lies to not serve you. Her : Ya we can?t serve you. We are closed I stand in theline, and wait for the other employee to make me the food as I drove over 30 minutes not expecting the staff to close 30minutes early just because of some rules they made to go home early. I was not going to say anything , but While billing thischick (slim built, black haired) has the audacity to smack the bowl after I had paid for the food. I explained to her how thisis frustrating when 5 other people behind me were not told why the store was not closed yet?? And there was no need for sucharrogance especially when she is hired by someone else to take care of their business. It?s customers who are paying for her tostay afloat . Only if I can add a video here , I could show how arrogant and stuck up this chick is. If I was a owner , I willbe quick to fire. Won?t let a rude employee full of arrogance , smacking food and closing my business 30 minutes early to staythere for another day. Well, I think this is what happens when the owner is not too involved with the business. So sad to seean employee running the business into the mud . Terrible. Just terrible . I have been coming to this store for 2 years and the food and customer service have begun to go downhill. I walked in the store... and the lady at the front was very rude and dismissive, I was left in utmost shock. She threw my food on the counter and showedno signs of respect whatsoever for the food she was serving. They really should start training their staff/ hire better staff,till then this will be pass. The best quesadilla you can taste in Vancouver! I used to go here every week when I had class in New West. I like Quesada's... quesadilla more than I tried in Mexico LOL Yes- they can be a little pricey, but it's worth the money in my opinion. Now becauseI finished school, whenever I visit New West, I buy 3-4 quesadillas for a few days worth. MUST EAT: beef barbacoa quesailla +guacamole :) Read more

Staff behaviour is not at all acceptable at this branch. My always to go place for dinner is Quesada and now i don?t want to go... there anymore. We ordered couple of bowls taco and dessert and it?s a big order. First of all the server is very rude she iswearing glasses and she has a small tattoo in her arm and not serving its customers properly and also didn?t went at the verylast moment we went in around 7:50pm and the closing time is 10pm . Secondly they almost out of everything sauces, veggies andhot salsa. Then she started getting irritated without any reason. First time ordering from this restaurant by uber eats and I could not be more disappointed. They changed us for a drink we... didn?t get and got one wrong. The regular burrito was the size of a Chihuahua heads and the large was not much bigger. TheChurros had very little to no cinnamon sugar on them and we order caramel sauces and never got it. I always visit places with low expectations but this was too bad. I think is to expensive for what you are actually eating,... Cause it wasn?t good enough for almost $40. I ate one of the worst tacos ???? that I have ever try in my life, the lady behindthe counter speak too softly to understand what she said and it taste too plastic to say is Mexican food. Read more

Decently fresh and healthy if you?re in a pinch near the skytrain station. Throughly mixed the bowl to get sauce and... ingredients mixed but found it bland compared to other places such as Mucho Burrito. Read more
