Came in there this morning which is my usual go to location during the day. However I came to purchase a $30 gift card along... with my drink. I asked the cashier two different questions and answered me rudely because I guess she thought I didnt understandher answer the first time but she didnt realize I was asking 2 different questions which were, "Can I collect rewards for thegiftcard", and my second question was "Can I purchase it with my debit card via the Starbucks app?". I would come in every now and again with my boyfriend and always enjoyed the experience. The last couple of times I went alone,... I kept dozing off a bit. I could hear the staff talking about it and getting mad and talking to the customers about it and how Iwas "high". I actually had been up for 5 days straight, trying to find my boyfriend after not seeing or hearing anything fromhim. The judgment in that starbucks is Gross. Read more

Today I went in for coffee to the Starbucks. I go there quite often because it's along with my delivery route for my business.... If there was a woman working at the counter named Eerthika I think... this is an employee that every Starbucks should be happyto have. She was dealing with some very rude customers and was very patient and then I stepped up and she was completelyprofessional and sincere with me. I deal with a lot of different people every day, and this woman was really amazing. Thank youfor being great! I hope I spelled her name correctly. Read more

This location is more than most Starbucks ( or any other coffee shop for that matter) The staff here are truly exceptional...... always generous with their smiles and greetings. 4 days a week I am in when the doors open at 5am... and even then thecheerfulness of the staff shines through and helps get my day off to a great start. Sit in one of the comfy leather chairs formore than 15 minutes in the afternoon and you are likely to hear snippets of 4 or 5 different languages. All in All...
